At WearFaith, we take great pride in the quality of our Christian jewelry, accessories, and keepsakes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

2. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit by your shipping carrier.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare event of a manufacturer defect or a shipping mistake on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to let you know if your refund has been approved.
